A fast way to add 30sqm of useable space to your home

 

Evergreen Garden Rooms recently completed this 30sqm garden room in Leigh On Sea in Essex. 

 

The room presented an ideal solution for our client who wanted to create more space quickly and cost-effectively in their home. 

 

To help free up space, we created a storage area separated from the office. 

 

To make the most of natural light, we included three-panel bi-fold doors and two casement windows. 

 

All of the glass has integrated blinds for use on very sunny days.   

 

The front walls are finished in beautiful Cedar Wood cladding, and recessed lighting illuminates the external front and sides of the room.
