Dimensions and Design
The overall size of this room is
5.1m x 3.1m.

However, with the overhangs, the roof measures 5.5m x 3.5m.

As usual, our building is a max of 2.5m high, to comply with permitted development regulations (there are some circumstances where your building could be taller under permitted development, give us a call to find out more about this 01702 934877

The room has lots of natural light. This is thanks to the 3 panel aluminium bi-fold doors, the tall fixed casement window and a small top hung window on the back wall.

The floor has one of our wide choices of laminate flooring. There are 18 different designs to choose from.
Other information
This particular example is set on a concrete base. Our favoured, easiest, quickest and most environmentally friendly option is to use a screw pile or ground screw base system.

Construction
The outside of the showroom is clad in composite cladding.
​
Our buildings are all constructed with light weight steel frames. Unlike timber frame, this will not rot or warp in the temperature extremes. Especially those we are facing in the future with climate change.
​
Internally the walls and ceiling are plaster boarded and plastered, then painted with Dulux white paint. This is all to the same standard as most homes.
Behind that the walls and ceiling are fully insulated with 75mm rockwool insulation.

There are plenty of downlights and the room also has the benefit of a flat panel heater and the luxury of an air conditioning unit.
